I just got off the phone w/ Dr. Catherine Adkins' answering service (in the office). I was attempting to cancel an appoinment I had this afternoon. I have the flu!!! The woman I spoke to identified herself as "Star." She proceeded to inform me that Dr. Adkins had "discontinued me" as her patient??! I asked her what she was talking about and she said, she doesn't know! I told her to have Dr. Adkin's assistant call me. She said, "I'll send a message, but that doesn't mean they'll call you back!"
