Been going here a little over 5 yrs!! Good doctors, nurse practitioners and other staff! They also can do a lot of different tests & lab work in the same building!! Makes life easier!! :)
Horribly unprofessional and rude. Won't answer the phone, won't return calls. My husband showed up for a scheduled appointment, which he had to take off work for, only to be told the doctor was overbooked and he had to reschedule.
Tried to get established w a dr there, but was declines. They didn't give me a reason, so I'm sure its because I have medicaid. Snooty judgemental people don't give a rat's ass about folks, just the almighty $$...
Dr. Kim Stooke has been our family practitioner (my 3 boys & me) since 1998, & she is awesome. My two younger boys have special needs, & she has been wonderful with correspondence & communication with their specialists. She has genuine concern & compassion as well as incredible professionalism. She is honest, & she has a terrific bedside manner. My family & I just love her. We also really like her nurses & the nurse practitioner. We're very pleased with the care that we've received there.
