We moved back from NC and my husbands employer had deducted Ohio taxes. Ryan, the owner advised us to file to get the money back. Obviously we took his recommendation. When the State of Ohio pushed back, Ryan dropped the ball and ignored our calls and emails. We ended up paying more to the State and lost the money that we paid him to file the amended returns as well. As the owner of the tax service we assumed he knew what he was talking about…no so

Ryan has done my taxes for years now. He does a great job and makes doing taxes easy. He is efficient and dependable. 10/10 would recommend!

This is our 2nd year having our taxes done at Mid-Ohio and we will definitely keep going back. They always get us an appointment quickly , they are friendly, the appointment doesn't take long and the price is reasonable.

EDIT: I want to amend my review as I received a call from the company apologizing for the miscommunication; they were very kind and told me they would've offered me an appointment for the confusion. However, I was already elsewhere having my taxes done. I appreciate them reaching out to correct the error only like 20 minutes after the fact.
