I’d like to give a good review but i am not able to truely give one but based on the call that I received, the first thing they say is we cannot guarantee late appointments and I expect this but they don’t even do a wait list which is crazy to me…..

Everyone that I have spoken to has been nothing but kind and helpful. Especially when I relocated they were very patient and helpful.

I thought I would like this place but turns out I was 10 minutes late and the cutoff time is only 15 minutes late and you can still be seen as long as you are not over 15 minutes late. well I go in and let them know the front desk lady said it was fine that I could still be seen but since I had my infant with me she had an accident so I had to go run to the restroom to change her which took about 5 minutes well when I come back the counselor and the front desk lady is standing there and telling me that I cannot be seen today... read more
