I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital. My son’s appointment was canceled without any proper notice. They claimed to have called me multiple times and said they left voicemails—but I never received a single one. When I showed up with my baby, the front desk staff didn’t offer any apology. Instead, I was met with a cold, dismissive attitude—basically implying it was my fault for not answering the phone. Best Dr office I’ve ever been to. They run on time, are quick to accommodate and have been amazing with our kids!!!
I have been bringing my kids to Dr. Sheets ever since their birth and they are now 19 and 17, amazing experiences every single visit…, be it well visit or sick. Its very comforting to see pediatricians that really care and are proactive with diagnosis and care.
Kind and knowledgeable staff- This office always gets my kids in when they are sick and get results to us in a timely manner.
