too lax this place took FOREVER to fully charge me for my services. i was fully billed about a year after the actual procedure took place. and when i called to remind them they would be like oh let me look that up. i was afraid they would charge me interest or something for waiting so long! that seems unprofessional to me. they also kept tossing me back and forth with my insurance company to figure out the cost. finally i got fed up and was like look ive been there done that..give me the right bill! and they finally did..aft... read more
very good dentist This is a very good place to go for any type of dental surgery. You are in and out quickly. They staff is very friendly. They do a very good job caring for people.
Top Notch Work I went in today 2/2/10 to get a left bottom rear tooth pulled and was I ever scared. I have not had any dental work since I was 18. Dr. Cheek and his staff were the greatest!!! I was taken step by step through the entire process and fully understood before we ever started any procedure. I left today in minimal pain and I am feeling good. Dr. Cheek, Becky, Nancy, Amanda, and the greatest receptionist ever...Kim, have scored big points in my book! I will definately go back when the need arises again. Thanks guys
meh, go somewhere else. This was the first time I went to this dentist and it wasn't a great experience by any stretch of the imagination. The cleaning went ok, but they told me I had a bunch of work that needed to be done. I have been going to the same dentist before them for years. I had 2 cavities in my whole life and my teeth have never given me any trouble...I think they're trying to sell me on getting a bunch of unnecessary work done, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
HORRIBLE I went into the office to get my son's teeth pulled, and I never in a million years seen such ghetto mentallity in my life in a place of business. I think the staff was horrible for agreeing with the ghettoness. As I'm walking out the door after having a worker yelling at me in front of my son, she kicks the door trying to slam it in my face. Very nice and clean office. Dr. Latham and his staff are compassionate and gentle. I had so many shots of novocaine that I was sure I would be in pain when the numbness wore off but, much to my surprise there was ZERO pain. No pain from the shots or the extraction!
horrible facility does not use proper disclosure of insurance and will make you pay the bill when they do not get money from your insurance because they do not disclose that to you has the patient up front do not use this faciltiy. They sued me in franklin county claims court but the case settled out of court but they do file in court to garnish your wages. do not use this facility the insurance billing is all messed up and if you dont pay the bill that they do not disclose upfront when you sign surgery papers and then sue you for the money if your insurance does not pay in franklin county court and garnish your paycheck unless like i had was to settle out of court so again do not use these just because your dental workks dental office referred to this place.
