Very nice and clean office. Staff is nice and friendly. Always take the time to listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed.
Office staff is very rude and unhelpful. They push things off to other areas or say “nobody can help you”. Feel very disrespected by staff.
I’ve been seeing Dr Abdelmessih for many many years. He’s by far one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever seen and he really listens to what you say. He’s just an awesome human being and he genuinely cares. He will get to the bottom of your symptoms. I cannot say enough good things about him.
The Dr.’s and Nurse Practitioners are great here! Now I do believe they need an office manager to run the office the way it needs to be ran. If you have to change your appointment or anything like that, good luck! They honestly need to figure it out!
I have been going to this practice for years now. I cannot get a phone call back even though I’ve left a few messages and have also emailed them. My nurse practitioner, is no problem at all. The problem is the disorganization with this agency! I need someone to call me asap!!! My number is on voicemails and emails.
