Staff was horrible and the service was awful. I do not recommend this place. Please go to another place. For quality service they lack it here very much.
The best! The Doctors are wondeful and my surgery went sö smooth. If you need eye surgery please do yourself a favor and go here. My sight is like it was when I was 20 yrs old. Im 57 now.Mid-Ohio Eye, Thank you.
I arrived at 0907 for my 0915 appointment. The assistant took me back promptly and finished by dilating my eyes. He then sent me back to the waiting room for 15 minutes. They then called me back but didn't have an available room. Back to the waiting room I went. After waiting for over an hour I alerted the front desk. Finally I was examined by the doc. Based on this experience I would recommend leaving the dilated patient in a room so there's no chance they'll be forgotten in the waiting room.
