Jessica was great untill she wasn’t. I actually started to feel hope again for some kind of normalcy in my life for the first time in almost 5 years after some traumatic events and serious diagnosis … just to be once yet again let down. Do not go here went here once ended up with a 300$ bill
Disappointing! Made an appointment for a family member specifically stated that they were seeking counseling services. Family member went to appointment. First appointment was basic assessment. Then family member was told that counseling was recommended. Made our way to the receptionist to make next appointment for counseling but was told at receptionist desk since family member was not seeking medication they could not schedule counseling and was given a list of other counseling services in the area.
