Excellent customer service from all the staff, helpful and friendly they went above and beyond to solve a random issue with my car. Very pleased with the standard of general servicing too. Also a very comfortable and clean waiting area. Will be back!
I would not recommend, still waiting for bolts to be sent in the mail the mechanic forgot to put them back.
I made a180K round trip to get my Mazda serviced at Mid North Mazda on Oct 18th. Next day I noticed a pool of oil on the garage floor under the car. The sump plug was incorrectly fitted . They arranged for a local mechanic to check the car and they confirmed the sump plug was the problem and corrected it. I requested Mid North Mazda to arrange to have the garage floor cleaned, they arranged for a local handyman with a pressure cleaner to remove the stain. This was not successful.
