Patrick is a great person to consider him a friend. He is very serious when he ispected my houses before I bought them. He is very detail oriented. You do not have to becan expert to understand his inspection report, because his reports are very detailed and understandable. He is always on time for the inspection. For a short notice, Patrick can help his customer to have an inspection. I referred Patrick to people that I know, the satisfaction always exceeds the expectations. I highly recommend Patrick. Patrick did a wonderful job on our recent home inspection. I called Thursday and requested an appointment for Friday and he was able to do it without a problem. We are going from a new construction to a 50 year old home and I wanted someone who would be very thorough and focus on the important things without nitpicking issues that didn't matter (cosmetics like cabinet scratches or a floor that needs swept) and he did just that.
