Been at the Howell Manor Ct. property for about six months now, and I wish the first comment had been available while I was looking for a place to live. The management was really nice, helpful, and quick to get back to me...until I signed the lease. Called about my AC being broken, never heard back. Asked about getting satellite TV; they told me they didnt allow dishes on the roof, and when I pointed out that EVERY roof had a dish on it, they said theyd get back to me (they never did). Most recently, they took out the laundr... read more
