Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy? Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this veterinarian friendly? Yes Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services? Never! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They played the typical, annoying elevator music.
