Very nice and professional Being in the medical field, I have had my share of not so pleasant medical staff. I had Dr. Jeffrey Johnson as my surgeon. He performed my biopsy and he is going to perform my cholesystectomy as well. I have nothing but good things to say! Very fast, professional and courteous. I almost never have to wait on him either, which is a big plus in my book. I declined other surgeons because they gave off so much arrogance - he does not do that and I appreciate it. Ms. Dr. McKenna improper? May I say bulls... here? In the several appointments, plus surgery, involved in my gallbladder care, he was as close to perfect as any physician I've ever encountered: fantastic skill; great bedside manner, and gave of his time like I was the only patient in his busy office. If I had another gallbladder, I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Dr. Timothy McKenna - The Surgeon!!! After experiencing intermittent pain in my abdomen area for several years, having undergone numerous tests, I was sent for an ultrasound. The resultant image showed a gallstone the size of a jumbo gumball. I was immediately referred to a surgeon and became afraid. In my mind, the title SURGEON means "in the business to cut through skin and remove tissue" - MINE! I was not happy about it. The research began. There were pros and cons. Dr. McKenna Dr. McKenna operated on my Husband for his gall bladder. He was very professional and compassionate toward both of us. We were scheduled to see him later in the week for his problem and ended up in emergency before our scheduled appointment. Dr. McKenna came to the hospital to see us even though it was his day in the office, and later came to do the surgery for my husband. I would trust him with anything, he is a very Honorable and Christian man.
Great! I had to have surgery two months ago and Dr. McKenna was my surgeon. He was very personable and he did a great job. After talking to him he told me that he wanted to do surgery as soon as possible. Not necessarily because I was in danger, but because I was so uncomfortable. Dr. McKenna not only performed surgery on his normal day off, but he even attended his own mother's funeral that same day.
