I had an emergency after-hours call and Avery answered the phone and calmly troubleshot and explained possible scenarios while water was actively shooting out of my drain/sewer pipe. He was upfront about overtime prices and pricing per service depending on what he had to do after he assessed the problem. I called 3 other plumbing companies and no one had hours same night. If I could give 100 stars I would. Had to call in an emergency (frozen pipe burst and flooding) and couldn't get ahold of anyone else and they came out as fast as they could. Huge shout out to Avery who was the man who came and saved me tonight, when it was late and freezing cold. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, worked fast and efficiently with a smile. Took the time to show the problem and teach. Avery I can not thank you enough. DEFINITLY WILL RECOMMEND to everyone!!!!!
