Disorganized in the office. Needed a lab slip but did not know one was needed. And they setup an appointment for me where the doctor yelled at me for not getting the labs done. And they never called as a reminder for an appointment and sent me a $50 bill. Plus the doctor telling me I needed a spinal tap that was not medically necessary.
