Ordered 2 cans of touch up spray paint in Apriil 2025 And they sent me spray cans with July 2021 manufacturing date. Both cans were gunked up and would not spray iut, even after siakink orfices. And when I called, no one answers the phone, and when rolling to voicemail, it just hangs up. Updating to 4 stars for MM response and refund for my trouble.
Good materials and fast fabrication. However, the black textured wainscot I got was 5/16” wider than it should have been. This made the ribs not line up as there was no way I could stretch the top siding out that far. Spoke with Joe today and he said there is nothing he can do. In the photos you can see how far it ended up off after my 64’ wall. I would expect an 1/8” tolerance, but this was 5/16” which adds up quickly per piece. I’m not sure how they can fix this in the future, but I hope they do.
There website is very easy to use for ordering material. Customer service was great when I arrived for pickup my materials were wrapped and stacked on my trailer perfect for me to strap down and drive safely back to the job site!!
