I went here for PT after knee surgery to gain some flexibility and strength. I am over 50, diabetic, overweight, arthritic and suffer from vertigo. Right out of the gate they were asking me to do exercises that were strenuous and painful. I fell down twice trying to do exercises that required good balance.
