We love Dr. Crosse! She has been amazing to our kiddo and great at explaining everything. It can be difficult to get scheduled with her sometimes, but we prefer seeing her over the nurses.
Very unprofessional and rude pediatric practice — especially the front office staff, who consistently made my husband and I feel unwelcomed every visit/encounter. From the moment you walk in, the attitude is as if you are bothering them just by your very presence. If you need assistance, be prepared for dismissive and argumentative behavior over the phone, particularly from Chloe, who handled calls in an unprofessional manner. My kids do so well here. Never scared about it. We love Nicole the the most as she is so wonderful with the kids!
