Not user friendly. Can not ever get a person. On hold or “Q” for long periods time. Have more than one question get to call back and be on the “Q” some more. Nurse question or appt cancel or billing question all separate wait times be prepared to be on hold forever. Also, billing charged me right away for services that hadn’t even been done, yet. They called me abt money and days went by no call about symptoms I was struggling with and how to proceed. This may be a good Dr. but there are many of those.....I’ll find a new one... read more
Consistent and easy to understand.
Dr Bunting is the best ENT specialist in Wichita! He is great with adults and kids alike. Both my husband and son have had surgery by Dr Bunting, and they both have had superb results. Dr Bunting has a great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients!
