I was about to write a complaint about the bill my mom got after her visit here, and then I saw other reviews… wow, this place really is awful. I took my mom in because she had a lump on her throat and was worried it might be a tumor. The doctor, Phong Le, was actually really nice. He used a needle to take a sample and sent it off to LabCorp. A couple weeks later, the office called and said we needed to come back because the first sample wasn’t enough. Came for my allergy shots within the hour time allotted via the phone information pamphlet telling us of the new times and was told there is no provider and that they called two hours before to inform us and that did not happen. This place used to run smooth but now it’s a rat nest of disappointment.
I had lost all hearing due to a virus in my left inner ear. Dr Bunting was able to restore hearing with steroid treatments.
