I bought a bouquet of flowers from their website on the day of my grandpa’s funeral. My husband called them since it was last minute, and they kindly agreed to deliver the flowers that same day because it was so close to the funeral home, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the arrangement I received looked very different from the photo online, even though I ordered the “standard” package.
