Chelsea and Julia were very helpful during a frustration insurance claim. They were amazing! My car came out amazing and the shop did a great job it looks like a brand new car. I would deff recommend mid-island for your collision needs they were very responsive and helpful.
My car was hit on June 7th, 2025. I brought my vehicle in for repairs based on my husband's recommendation. I couldn't be happy with the service I received from Julia and Chelsea. They were top notch and help woth everything throughout the who process from start to finish. The car was repaired and looks like new. I am so happy with my overall experience from Mid Island Collison. I highly recommend.

We had a little bit of a hiccup in the beginning, but Bob had a personal conversation with me and made the situation even better than initially expected. He's a great guy and is really focused on the customer and ensuring that the customer has an end-to-end great experience.
