DO NOT USE JIM, he is a thief & liar. Took out an inline backflow prevention valve after it worked fine for 25+ years, he shows up, determines it was the problem, removes it AND TAKES IT WITH HIM WITHOUT ASKING...WAS A 500.00 PART which we now tried to have put back in line due to selling house.......a LICENSED plumber, which jimmie boy was NOT, told us the valve has been denatured, a check valve has been removed from it. WHAT A DIRT BAG....WHAT KIND OF CONTRACTOR LIES AND STEALS FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS? THIS ONE DID.
Jim and his crew could not have been better. They installed a great system, and they are thoroughly reliable in making sure everything is in working order. They return phone calls, make follow-up visits, and stand by their product.
