These apartments are in a great location, are nice sized, and are nicely equipped (washer, dryer, dishwasher). However, this is where the pros stop. For the size and location, these apartments seemed well-priced until I got my first month of utility bills. Where central air should save on cooling/heating costs this is not the case in the combo oil/electric here. The rent here is far higher than necessary considering nothing is included.
