Mid Georgia Door did a great job installing a new Genie after the one they put up several years ago was hit by lightning. Charlie replaced all the new parts, even though some of the hardware was still in operating condition. This unit had some new upgrades and he expertly showed me everything and what had changed. Also, their office customer service is still A1. Great local company to deal with. Highly recommend!
The 2 gentlemen that came to my house to fix my garage yesterday were extremely professional and kind. They got straight to work and had my garage door back operating in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Five stars across the board!!
So pleased with the quick and excellent service I received from Mid Georgia Garage Door! Who can you call at 3pm on Friday and have a team show up and get your door fixed by the end of the day! The guys showed up, went straight to work. They new what they were doing and in about 30 min had my door working better than ever. I recently moved to GA, had no idea who to call. They will be my “go to” if any more issues! Thank you Mid Georgia Garage Door! Super satisfied.
I highly recommend Mid Ga garage. A spring broke on my garage yesterday. I was in touch with them this morning and Justin was at my house shortly after. He replaced everything and explained what he did. Can’t thank them enough!
My garage door spring broke and they came out within a couple of days and replaced my spring. I wanted to get my garage door motor replaced as well and ordered a side mount. A week later, I decided against the side (wall mount) and go with the traditional overhead mount, I’ll admit, this was a mistake on my part. I then requested a Liftmaster overhead unit to be installed. After a week, I called them back on a Monday, and they said it “should” be in the office on Wednesday.
