Our garage door sounded like it was struggling to move up & down... like me in the morning!! Charlie was our service technician. He called first thing to give us a time frame and called again when he was on his way. He was very cordial and informative as he adjusted and corrected our door. The cost was reasonable and he left a clean workspace along with a smoothly quiet door. Now if only I could only do the same...
Mid Georgia Door did a great job installing a new Genie after the one they put up several years ago was hit by lightning. Charlie replaced all the new parts, even though some of the hardware was still in operating condition. This unit had some new upgrades and he expertly showed me everything and what had changed. Also, their office customer service is still A1. Great local company to deal with. Highly recommend!
The 2 gentlemen that came to my house to fix my garage yesterday were extremely professional and kind. They got straight to work and had my garage door back operating in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Five stars across the board!!
