My company tried to hire them to repair our equipment. They said they would call the next day to let us know what time they were coming. Two weeks later I call and ask why they aren’t there yet and they said it would be at least another week before they put us on the schedule and we would probably be better off finding someone else. So unprofessional. Hire some more help or give a realistic answer in the first place.
Very unprofessional conduct. When I called to make an appointment, the owner tried to talk me out of it, said that I probably didn’t need service on my bottle cooler. When I still wanted to go ahead, the said they would call me back when they had an opening. Two weeks later, they called and we set an appointment for that Friday morning.
