Mysteriously “Paul” coded my needs incorrectly! This lead to a long delay in my treatment AND rescheduled AFTER my insurance was no longer good! I’m very angry about everything that happened! NOW, I am walking/hobbling on a foot with extensive damage caused by Charcot foot!! Had the coding been done correctly I wouldn’t be left walking on an extremely painful foot!! Thanks for nothing!! ZERO stars!!
The appointment was specifically scheduled for casting inserts for my 13-year-old. We traveled over two hours for this appointment, rearranging our schedules with the clear understanding that the casting would take place. To arrive and have nothing done due to an internal administrative issue this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
