Fast pleasant staff, flexible as I was running late! Efficient assessment and plan.
Arrived on time and it's been 50 mins since my appointment time and I am still waiting in the lobby while they call everyone else around me. It wasn't until 20mins after I was supposed to be seen that I was even given paper work to fill out. They had me sign in and sit down for 20mins doing nothing until they decided to give me paperwork.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DR. FAKHOURY RECOMMENDATIONS TO THIS FACILITY. THEY’VE BEEN AWFUL.
The doctor is awesome the people were so cool and friendly the surgery went very well
