Received a bill from a collection company a year after I had my appendix removed. Don’t recall even seeing the Dr from this place. Not sure what role he even played. Certainly wasn’t the surgeon. They said they sent me multiple bills. I did not receive any of them until the one from collections. Garbage outfit.
Terrible customer service, the lady I spoke with was heartless, though I spoke super kind and concerned with my bill. They will not approve charity letters approved by Advent health and must pay it all regardless of your health, finacial and working conditions.
