We have used Mid-Florida Home Management for the last few years before just selling our property. Great property management company! We previously had a different property management company when we started our short term rental and had an incredible amount of trouble. After switching to MID Florida, we received great reviews from our guests and never had the same complaints as before.

Communication great and we got everything we needed to check in late at night. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Great company to work with. Todd was helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't have any issues during our stay. Thank for a great time.

Stayed a week in November. The house was fine but very outdated. Two weeks after we checked out I received an email saying a TV no longer worked after our stay and they charged us $200. No explanation as to which room or what was wrong. The only TV that was ever even turned on during our stay was the one in the living room. Maybe the cleaners messed it up or quite possibly the TV was old and just quit working....not our fault in the least but they charged us for it. Allison, you were sent an email that informed you that the TV was not working after your stay and there was an invoice and a picture attached to it for your review. This was mailed to you on 12/03/21 which is within the time frame specified on the agreement you signed. You have never contacted us to challenge this email and you filed this BBB complaint the very next day 12/04/21.
