I love the staff and the doctor's here they go over and beyond to help you and they explain everything when I had an allergic reaction they all took awesome care of me I recommend this place for your care love them all I go to the ovideo office and just to let u know they didn't know I would be allergic to the iron infusions not there fault but they are awesome still
Have been going to the Oviedo location for the past few years and I have to say that If every Doctor I visit would be like Dr. Pardo It would be amazing. She explains everything in detail as to where even a 5 years old can understand it.. very specific I just love her..If you don't understand it then you have issues. The staff are also amazing..Very clean office.I am very comfortable going there I highly recommend this facility.
Long post alert! I'm not one to leave reviews when dissatisfied but this is the most disrespect I have ever received from a medical facility. Originally I was told I needed to bring referral, labs and medical records for a hematology appointment. No issues going there with my docs and records. The nice woman at the front desk (can't remember her name) in the Oviedo office was a gem, took my paperwork, sent to the appropriate dept and helped me as much as she could. Dr Pardo Wandaly has been extremely forthright. Her team and she couldn’t make my needs in hematology less complicated & less time consuming. I found everything to be clean. They have a sweet helpful team!
Dr. Pardo explained everything to me as if I was in the 3rd grade---and I mean that in a good way. When my insurance company began to deny my follow up procedures, she dealt with them directly & got everything approved. Amazing! The office staff were great as well.
