WOW...Just had the best service ever from Josh and Dane at Mid Florida Golf Cars in Longwood. I purchased a golf cart from them..but I needed several adjustments made. Without any hesitation Josh asked what he could do for me. So, in the blink of an eye, they took care of my requests....and even more. Purchased a brand new 2018 EZ-GO golf cart in May, 2018. Literally the worst experience and most incompetent sales person, (Josh Turnbow) I have ever met. Have tried for 3 weeks to get a document from them so we can have it registered for legal use. Total nightmare and communication was awful. Stay away from these guys. Has to be a better alternative to buy from in the area.
Worst company I have dealt with bought a brand new Yamaha EFI cart took delivery March or April and have been trying to get service on it since then been told everything when I called the Longwood office spoke to sales manager John Sept 15 @ 11:30 said he would take care of it. NOTHING SO FAR
