I usually only see my doctor at mid Florida eye every six months or so. Recently, I've had some issues and needed to be seen more frequently. They have been so accommodating at finding time in their schedules. Would definitely recommend the doctors there. Staff has also been super friendly and helpful.!!
My wife who is a patient of Dr. Panzo had an eye infection and called the office early to see if someone could see her. They told her to come in an hour later to see Dr. Weppelmann and found the Dr. to be wonderful. She was very informative about her issue and explained thoroughly what she needed to do. My wife Catherine was so appreciative and we think how lucky to be a patient of this practice. Thank you all!
Very pleased meeting Dr. Plum, he explained condition & path going forward. Most relieved I chose to see ophthalmologist. My mom treated by mid- Florida eye for several years and entire staff is wonderful. Highly recommend. Thankyou Dr. Plum & staff. Know I’m in good hands.🙌
I have been a patient for several years. Even though the staff has changed some, they seem to be efficient and knowledgeable and I am happy with Dr. Charles who is my regular physician and has performed cataract surgery for me. My only complaint is the wait time that is common for every appointment.
After seeing the first technician who “ got me ready to see the Doctor” I was then seated in a second waiting area where I waited 47 minutes to be called back. I then waited another 18 minutes for the Doctor to come in and check my eyes. This is absolutely unacceptable waiting this long. Also sending me in to the optical lab to pick up my new prescription is not fair. The woman working there was helping another patient so I had to wait to get a piece of paper. I walked out without my new prescription Not FAIR. So wronge
