Very professional and courteous from the time I arrived at the Wildwood offices. I really felt comfortable with the professional staff, especially the Doctor (Dr. Maricely Macion) who thoroughly examined my eyes and then answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. I I had an exceptional experience at the optometrist’s office. The staff exhibited exceptional politeness and provided excellent bedside manner. They were also highly responsive to my inquiries and provided comprehensive answers. a great experience at the eye doctor everyone is very polite,great bedside manner and very helpful answering your questions.
This was my first visit to Mid FL Eye. It seemed as if the office had graciously worked a few emergent patients into the schedule when I was there. They had a lot of patients today and everyone was hustling. Even though really busy, the staff was thorough, efficient & still smiling. I love Dr Weppelmann & the clinical staff. There was a bit of a wait, but if I was the one who needed an emergency appointment, it's nice to know they would be willing to help. I think I will be going here for a long time!
Today was my first time at MidFlorida in Wildwood. Dr Keith Charles is an excellent doctor. He explained my problem to me thoroughly and has prescribed medication and did a procedure to help me. Has answered all my questions and concerns. The staff at Wildwood was also very knowledgeable and professional. Made me feel comfortable. Going back in 6 weeks for a follow up!
I usually only see my doctor at mid Florida eye every six months or so. Recently, I've had some issues and needed to be seen more frequently. They have been so accommodating at finding time in their schedules. Would definitely recommend the doctors there. Staff has also been super friendly and helpful.!!
