It was as good as it could be for a doctor visit. Doctor was pleasant,, seemed to be well informed and made several suggestions. . Good bedside manner. The Staff was great. All in all a good visit My only concern was the fact I caint get my visit record. I was sent a link to access it but asked two very specific questions I had no idea what to answer. I believe that was fixed but it never downloaded any information of what the doctor diagnosed or what we discussed. Maybe that site does not have that information.. That’s un... read more

I was there for my annual eye exam and it's always a very smooth and efficient process. The staff is always friendly and explain each part of the exam. Dr. Charles is very nice and answers all questions in a manner that is easy to understand. I have been seeing Dr. Charles since 2020 and I am very happy with his practice. I highly recommend Mid Florida Eye.

First time there and very happy with the overall experience. It's a busy place but you move thru the process quite quickly. I was in and out within 80 minutes. The technicians and Dr. listen to my concerns and addressed them fully. I never felt rushed. Glad to find an eye clinic near by that takes care of their patients.

My appointment went smoothly. Easy check in. Minimal wait time and Dr. Charles is easy to talk to. I appreciate him, the office staff and the care given!

I want to mention how wonderful one of the staff was to me. Alana was exceptional. She began by immediately answering a question in her welcoming remarks that I had planned to ask. She went on to answer every question I had in a complete and professional way. Alana did not rush through this and made sure I had time to communicate all I needed to. Her pleasant personality made talking with her easy and comfortable.
