I had to go to this office as a semi emergency visit. I was seen by Dr. Nolan. He was very thorough on examining my eye and asking questions. It turned out to not being a bad issue. I was more than pleased with the staff, and the Doctor. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr. Macion was terrific! My exam was very thorough and she took the time to explain things in ways I could understand. She is my new eye doctor! Her tech assistant, Madison, was very kind and performed my preliminary tests efficiently and she was very thorough. She also took the time to explain what she was doing and kept me informed. The office was excellent.
This may be one of the most efficient and friendly businesses I have ever been in. The Staff is great, efficient and you are treated with the upmost respect. Oh, the Doctor is wonderful. I am very happy with my treatment.
First time. When I made the appointment she instructed me to go to the website, print and complete new patient information before appointment. Upon arrival I was referred to the sign in kiosk. It asked for the same information that I had already filled out. Then the receptionist handed me another form to fill out after I handed her my completed paperwork. When questioned she agreed I already filled out the information. Was frustrating. Otherwise everything went smoothly.
I had a very thorough eye exam today. The technician Shelby was the best ever. She made a great first impression that continued through my appointment. She was efficient and professional.She stated that the doctor would answer my clinical questions. I met Dr. Mish who was a new doctor for me. I came away totally satisfied.
