Very satisfied with my experience at Mount Dora. The girls there are very knowledgeable helpful kind and courteous.
Dr. Panzo, his team and the team at the Surgery Center are all awesome!! From preop to postop, I feel I was treated with respect, kindness and caring. My vision has improved to 20/20 and I thank Dr. Panzo for his knowledge and expertise in cataract removal. Most happy!!
From the initial phone call to set up an appt. to the excellent surgery performed by Dr. Panzo and his staff, I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for all of you. The receptionists, the billing dept, the nurses were all friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. Dr. Panzo was in a word.....AWESOME! I went for my 1st post op yesterday and already I am seeing almost 20/20. I was legally blind at 20/200 before my surgery.
