Very unprofessional practice. They don't return calls they do not know what's going on with your results EVER! They call weeks after removal of your skin cancer to tell you the results of your original biopsy. The Oviedo office when it rains is saturated in water making it a huge risk for someone falling on wet tile. The call center (which is the only people you can ever get on the phone) is rude.
