The most unprofessional office staff I have ever witnessed, it took three and a half weeks to get my biopsy results, they blamed it on my insurance which is Medicare part B which is ridiculous as they take $700 a month from my social security check for it. Unprofessional. Rude staff. Filthy office. Wait times in an empty office of more than an hour without any updates or ETAs of any kind. This is as poor of a medical experience as I could imagine. Go anywhere else. You deserve better.

Very unprofessional practice. They don't return calls they do not know what's going on with your results EVER! They call weeks after removal of your skin cancer to tell you the results of your original biopsy. The Oviedo office when it rains is saturated in water making it a huge risk for someone falling on wet tile. The call center (which is the only people you can ever get on the phone) is rude.
