I'm honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. I'm so glad I decided to keep my appointment instead of letting the reviews discourage me. From the moment I walked in, everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor was incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. I was worried after seeing the 1 star reviews but the team at this clinic is stellar. Ive been having issues with hives and rashes for years and this is the first place Ive been where I felt seen and heard and helped. Would recommend to anybody. Staff and Doctor were so kind.

The worst experience we have ever had with the staff of a medical office. My wife and I arrived on time, completed check-in, and paid for our appointments. We were accompanied by our young daughter, who was asleep in her stroller. The problems started immediately when we asked about elevator access. The receptionist responded rudely and unprofessionally, insisting there was no elevator or ramp available, forcing us to carry our sleeping child and stroller up the stairs.
