Great staff friendly and caring. Jessica was amazing and explained things clearly. She's the P.A here.She has a good bedside manner. She really listens which I appreciate. They're very organized. The place is very clean and nice. The parking lot is good here.
Went to see Lauren, for dermatology. AMAZING Nasha. Her nurse. Her skills are on point. She told me she was the best and SHE wasn't kidding. I never felt the needle! Wonderful appointment today ladies Ecstatic to see Astrid💋
Sadly I agree with the review summary. The front office staff were somewhat kind and unflexible. Dr. Plank has good bedside manner but I would say his care (treatment plan) is efficient to the detriment to the patient. Follow up is scheduled but with a nurse/MA so if you want a NP or MD for your follow up be specific in your booking so that the provider makes time for you. Dr. Plank is excellent and his office staff is very welcoming. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for great derm/cosmetic care.
Dr Salinas is an awesome doctor! But the wait in this office is horrible. And all the receptionist are so unprofessional and rude. They need to go back to training asap!!!
