The staff waited until the day of my appointment for me to show up to then inform me the doctor I was scheduled with does not accept my insurance, only the nurse practitioner. Offering me to wait even longer and reschedule with the nurse that I’ve already seen that gave me a prescription that did not work or pay out of pocket to be seen by the doctor that day. This info would have been better to know ahead of time. I missed a day of work for nothing.
I had a very horrible experience. The staff was amazing but the doctor did not care. The doctor was nice but I expressed several concerns to her and she addressed one of them and then left the room and said "It was nice meeting you" as she left. That was the only way I knew she was leaving. I couldn't believe it that I expressed so many issues and came to this doctor for help and all they did was cut my mole off and leave the room. I love my Dermatologist team. (Jessica Cisneros) .thanks to my lovely Derm. I found out I have chronic Rosacea. At first she gave me metronidazole 1%, but it would stay like silky wet feeling in my face and long to dry and I swear uncontrollably so it just wasn't doing much for my skin and I broke out a lil just a few pimples around my nose and cheeks. So I stopped using it. Then I went back i told her and she gave me something else called azelaic acid 15% , I've been using it since she prescribed it and it dries fast on my ... read more
Don't pay attention to the people who left 5 stars, they are bots paid for by this scam office of quacks. They should be reported to the BBB, they dont offer any treatment unless you see them on successive visits. They cancel last minute on me the day of the appointment. They make you wait forever only to see you for two minutes. They are worthless office not worth anyone's time or money, they deserve no business
