My experience with Dr. Plank was anything but rewarding. Went in for a simple removal of a tag on my right bottom eye lid. Before it was a small blemish . Now it looks like a tag hamburger patty on my eye lid. Tried contacting, still working on that one. Ps. waiting on results of biopsy a month later.
Skilled, kind, knowledgeable. They listen to the patient. They take in what you are offering as part of treatment if in the best interest of plan. Excited to finally of found an office that meets the requirements of complete comprehensive care.
I saw Dr. Enid Burnett in August with a biopsy performed. I was told to call in 3 weeks for my pathology results. It’s now 8 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve called 4 times and left messages with nurses, sent 2 messages through patient portal and am getting no response back. At this point my only thought is that the specimen never made it to pathology. I’ve worked in healthcare all of my career and understand the chaos, but an acknowledgement of my phone call would be appreciated. I will be going elsewhere for further care... read more
Caitlyn the Aprn and Vanessa the MA were amazing at my appt in August. Caitlin answered all my questions and concerns. She also let me know what she seen when she did my skin exam. Vanessa was amazing rooming me and getting all my concerns prior to seeing the provider. Julie was friendly when checking me in. Definitely would recommend coming here.
They don't even deserve 1 star place is a joke all they do give u the run around they wouldn't help me cause I was self pay had the money to do the surgery cash in hand and they wouldn't take me then I went to another dermatologist that takes self pay they asked me to have mid Florida dermatology to send over my referral and they never did been waiting weeks I would not recommend going there dr plank is a joke
