The office staff and operations at this location are atrocious from the moment you walk in. They represent the exact opposite of the professional image and brand any medical practice should uphold—outdated procedures, antiquated practices, and abrasive attitudes that hinder patient care. Only the urgent need for the fastest appointment for our son kept us from going elsewhere.
My experience in this practice has always been very unprofessional and unpleasant. Every interaction with the providers and staff has made every visit uncomfortable and has caused me to not continue treating with this practice. The providers have unappealing attitudes, my concerns are never properly addressed, and for the past 3 years I feel like have not been actually treated. I wouldn't recommend this practice to ANYONE. You listened attentively then prescribed accurately with a lil laughter in between. Again, I am beyond thankful for my 1st time visit. I've been undergoing treatment for over two years with no satisfactory results. The doctor offers no other options for a possible solution; it's always the same injections. Even so, I return for my appointment only to be told there's no product and they don't know when it will arrive! Terrible place.
Had a good experience. Staff was nice and took time to do a skin review of my body. Ask for any questions I had and recommend me a cream for my feet. I will go back for the future if needed
