My only complaint is that I never received consultation about the procedure that was about to be done, I was under the impression that it was part of my new patient evaluation. They did a skin scratch allergy test and completely failed to tell me that the procedure was $536.00 dollars, bedsides the cost of new visit which I was already expecting it to be around 100 to 200 dollars. The staff here are rude and have extremely poor communication skills. Making an appointment is pointless because they are always running several hours behind.
I had plans to do a glowing review as I really do like their Dr's and Staff at several locations. I would say the Goldenrod location is a bit busy but they handle it well. Their Dr's take the time in my experience to help. However, that is where the good ends. I went in to have a few things looked at on my body. I thought little of it thinking a few biopsies wouldn't be a major endeavor. Then I got the bill. Each biopsy was over $120. Then you tack on an additional $330 for labs with those biopsies.
