Between myself and My Grandson who is the patient have called and sent messages through the portal been waiting for results to post from July 2nd still nothing and no response Hello now wonder you have low reviews.
The office staff is the most incompetent I have every seen. They make appoints for you without asking if you are available, request the wrong tests causing delays in treatment, cancel appointments without letting you know and never return or answer messages left. Then they want all the money up front before you can get treatment, even though they waste your time running for tests that were not ordered right, or appointments they canceled without telling you. I have called 3 times, 3 days in a row and left messages to reschedule my appointment. Zero response. I called the MOMENT they opened and still got the voicemail. Terrible customer service.
Update May 5, 2025: I've been trying to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Pardo and have left 3 voicemail with their office staff with no call backs. I can't get anyone on the phone and am extremely frustrated. I still think Dr. Pardo is amazing, but the office staff never get back to you. Dr. Pardo is a wonderful doctor!! She really took the time to sit with me and hear my concerns about low ferritin. Another hematologist I saw, just told me to take oral iron and dismissed all my symptoms.
