My mother has been a patient here for years. They have been a nightmare to work with regarding billing insurance. I provided the proof they needed to show she is still covered and now they refuse to see her and won’t return my calls. I’ve been given the runaround for months at the expense of my mother’s health. Do not bring your loved ones here. The office is the most unprofessional I’ve dealt with in my life.
We absolutely love the medical team at Sanford! Dr. Ortega is an amazing professional who provides patients with accurate and valid diagnosis and treatments. Candice, Keyshla, Norma and Dr. Ortega are the beyond. Praise the Lord!
While taking my Dad to many appointments at Mid Florida- Liberty, Keyshla, and Shoba have gone above and beyond to help make things easier for me as my Dad is blind and it’s hard enough with him having Cancer all of this time. I appreciate all of you SOO very much!!! You will never know just how much your kindness and smiles make my day a little brighter 😊
Norma is a treasure. She always does what she can to make our doctor visits a pleasant experience. She is a true professional, and we love her.
Mid Florida has been such a wonderful experience for our family and the treatment of our father, all the way from our wonderful patient care coordinator Norma, to our fabulous Nurse Candice, to our PA Lynn (tippy tap) to Dr. Ortega. We are very appreciative to all of you for your gracious care with our family.
