The staff is the most rude staff I have ever dealt with, they cancelled my appointment that I made months ago and didn't tell me anything till I got there for my appointment then she was rude as hell!! about it! I left work early for this and turned out for nothing because I didn't get seen. I love the doctor but its not worth the frustration that comes with dealing with her staff!! Then I tried to get the doctor to call me left 2 messages and nothing never called! This is one sorry doctors office!!
The staff does not genuinely care about you. They’re rude and careless. Any appointment made is 4+ months out. And if that’s not bad enough, they’ll change your set appointment and don’t have the decency to notify you about the change. The covering doctor hardly speaks English and his Spanish is even harder to understand and doesn’t do anything to actually check you during a physical check-up. Dr. Cardona is a good doctor though. Too bad her staff doesn’t help her keep a good reputation. *****I DO NOT RECOMMEND*****
Dr. Ivette is the best PCP that I ever had. I wish I found her sooner
