Called Mid Delta when my air conditioner stopped working. The lady said, "We'll see you in a few minutes," I thought she was joking. She wasn't. 30 minutes later, their technician was pulling into my driveway. He found and fixed the problem, did a maintenance check of filters and fluids, and cleaned up behind himself. Have dealt with other contractors and did not have this level of service. I highly recommend their professional services.
My air gone out and whoever yall sent to fix it left in the middle of fixing and never returned I got a 2 year old child in my house and it’s 92 degrees in here fans no working and can’t open the windows. Why send somebody out here to start on a job and they not finish what they started .

Company just wants to sell the public new units instead of troubleshooting and repairing perfectly good existing units.
I have deep frustration with these people. They installed a new unit and there has been nothing but problems with the unit recently and even more problems getting it fixed and now I'm wondering if these folks are honest. The. Mississippi Delta needs more options for contractors. Update. The heater was under warranty. Yet a part needed replacing and t h ey charged $400.00. Yet it was suppose to be under warranty.
