I had a terrible experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2:00 PM at their Stony Point location. The day before, I received a confirmation call where they specifically confirmed my appointment at Stony Point and even provided the address at 1 Liberty Square, 9W. I drove over an hour to get there, arrived early, and waited 20 minutes, only to find the office completely closed. I called and left a message with their messaging service—no response. I called and I made an appointment last week Wednesday for today October 31st at 2:00pm I can't breathe I'm out of Breo so I call to make sure and they didn't remember me I gave them my social security number my name, birthday and adress and nothing came up told me don't bother coming cause I'm not in the system and told me good luck and the phone hung up they didn't even try to schedule another appointment which is hard because I have to take the day off from work I felt like it was a race thing and they didn't wanna be bot... read more
