Professional staff, great programs, excellent equipment. If you want to get better, physically, choose Mid-County Physical Therapy! These folks focus on your recovery, push you at a level you can be successful at, and encourage you to do more. Very easy to schedule and extremely convenient location.
Mid-county PT is great! My issues cleared up in just a few sessions and everything has been fine ever since. The therapists and assistants are nice to work with and I'm perfectly happy that I chose this office. I highly recommend Charlie and his team.
This is an amazing PT place! Starting with Mariah is the sweetest front desk person who genuinely seems happy to see us when we come here, to my tween daughter's two physical therapists, Jen and Krista, they have been doing a great job helping my daughter recover after her hip surgery for hip dysplasia. My daughter now wants to be a PT when she grows up!

This is my third time coming to Mid-County physical Therapy for three different issues. They are wonderful, thorough and I have had excellent results. I would highly recommend any of the therapists here.
Amazing! I’m a retired RN with high standards. I’ve spent a total of 18 weeks of therapy with another Lake Ridge group. I never noticed an improvement. After 5 visits at Mid County I’ve noticed a huge difference and the sessions are much longer. Wish I had found them 3 years ago.
Top notch facility. Everything is clean and organized. Staff is absolutely wonderful.
