But be that as it may, the bedside manner in which they conveyed this message was at times mildly rough. As they are in the customer service industry. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Hi. Jen was great, and I’m sure Mid County will take care of these issues, but there are a couple of things that need to be fixed. The alignment is off. There is a weird spot on the paint job. There are some loose screws on the new part that was installed. I was told that there is a piece that still needs to be replaced, so I figured I’d talk to Jen about the issues when I brought the car back. 5 Star : Customer Service People there were great.
