Lots of other inconveniences such as the EXACT same half of the building...the Northern half of the apartment complex (Everything North of the rental office) always loses power during storms. No back up generator to help with the inconvenience....How about investing in one of those, just for the heck of safety?? There is always lots of loss for us due to food going bad and coming home to find out that power went out AGAIN...and AGAIN...and AGAIN...is a pretty darn great concern to have every time there is a storm.
