Dismissive, condescending, and potentially dangerous lack of care We had a deeply disturbing experience at this ER with my 14-month-old son. Despite presenting with alarming symptoms—including white stools (a major medical red flag), lack of appetite and thirst, worsening fatigue, pain, and extreme irritability—we were met by a male nurse who laughed us out of the ER. Small but efficient unit.
My child was seen at this ER and I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff there. The front desk clerks, patient registration clerk, CNA’s, RN’s, Social Workers, and Doctors were all incredibly kind and knowledgeable in their fields. Each staff member that interacted with my daughter treated her with patience and kindness, explaining everything thoroughly and gaining her trust. They don't even deserve 1 star..if you are dying you'll die with this place to keep you waiting for long hours!...
